Kurashiki International Saxophone Competition

At the 14th Kurashiki International Saxophone Competition the Kunitachi Saxophone Quartet won third prize in the Chamber Music Division! We performed David Maslanka's "Recitation Book" - a work that, although is quite popular in the States, was unfamiliar to many of the judges. Thank you to my fellow quartet members and Masato Kumoi for the great preparation for the competition! And thank you to Kurashiki for hosting such a wonderful festival and competition!

第14回くらしき国際サクソフォーンコンクールで国立音大のカルテットは3位を頂きました！ 準備の時間は短かったですが、その中でベストな演奏ができたと思います！
